how are you?  I hope you all are fine by this article I will tell you about some healthy juices for your good health which keeps you healthy & stay fit because it has natural ingredients & body absorbs juice easily.

Now fruit juices are good for health or not?  Yes, A glass of fresh Fruits juices are good for your health but some fruits contain lots of sugar. So do not take/add sugar in your juice when you are making at your home & also drink juice with diluted water. (if you take over-dose Or over-use anything that won’t be a good thing for your health.)

Fruits juices help you to get a healthy skin, better digestion, & it has a great source to fulfill all your vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, potassium, folic-acid, fructose, nutrients, a good agent for bad cholesterol & protect your body against diseases.

(Everybody wants to be a healthy body & mind if you really want to be healthy then do some Exercise, Meditation, Yoga which is really good for your body cells & mind.)

Now you will ask why should i drink that much of water becOz water is the major component of blood.
