Want to Show / Hide icon on your Desktop Screen in windows?

Show or Hide your icons on your Desktop Screen in windows –

Follow the instructions which are given below to appear your icon on desktop Screen in 7, Vista  –

  • Step 1-

First Right-click the Desktop Screen Surface.

Select View and then click on Show desktop icons. (Make sure the option is checked)

To hide icon do the same process and un-checked on show desktop icons.

If icons are not appearing on your desktop Screen then you have to-

Click on start and in the search box type “icons” you see the list, click on the show or hide common icons on the desktop.

put the check mark on those icons which you want to see on your desktop screen and click apply and then ok.

  • Same thing in windows 8, 10 –

First, Right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize.

Now select Themes on the left-hand menu, and then once you are there, you can select Desktop icon settings under the “Related Settings” section.

And now you can click the check-boxes for the icons that you want back.

Click Apply.

now you are able to see your desktop icons…
